Arches rough press watercolor paper has the most textured surface compared to cold press or hot press watercolor papers. Perfect for bold, expressive paintings. Excellent for showing off granulating watercolors. Available as 90lb (185gsm), 140lb (300gsm), and 300lb (640gsm) paper. 

This paper is acid-free, 100% cotton, with no brightening agents. Treated to prevent mold, it is archival. The gelatin sizing method used by Arches provides the paper with strength and long lasting durability. Features four deckled edges.
