AMACO Potter’s Choice Flux 16 oz glazes are inspired by the beloved PC-17 Honey Flux glaze and deliver exceptional results on textured pottery. These specialty glazes soften the colors of other glazes, increase flow, and break beautifully on textured surfaces to reveal clay body highlights.

The PC Flux series is designed for limitless layering combinations with other Potter’s Choice glazes, AMACO Celadons, or AMACO Shino glazes. Use them alone for glossy, lively color, or layer to create soft, flowing transitions between glazes.

Helpful Tips:
• Flux glazes can run – apply fewer or thinner coats near the base to prevent drips.
• Thicker application creates more movement.
• Always stir or shake well (especially River Birch!) before use.

Firing Info:

• Cone 5 = 1186°C / 2167°F

• Cone 6 = 1222°C / 2232°F
