Modeled after classic Asian celadon glazes, the AMACO Celadon Glaze – Pints is glossy, transparent, and designed to pool into carved and textured surfaces for stunning depth and detail. Each color in the Celadon line is 100% mixable, so you can customize your perfect palette.

Formulated for Cone 5-6, these glazes are stiff enough not to run yet bold enough to highlight every detail in your designs. Celadons look beautiful on white clay and layer perfectly under AMACO Potter’s Choice Glazes for unique effects.

Firing Range:

• Cone 5 = 1186°C / 2167°F

• Cone 6 = 1222°C / 2232°F
  (Allow for proper ramp & hold for best results)

Application Tip:
Apply to Cone 04 bisqueware. Fire to Cone 5-6. Try 3 coats Celadon under 3 coats Potter’s Choice for layered depth!
